高职院校“双元制”人才培养模式的战略研究

Research on the Strategy of "Dual System" Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业教育经历数十年的发展,在教育、管理和人才培养等方面已取得一定进步,但缺失对学生的职业素养与职业精神的培养,以至于不能满足当前用人企业的需求,更不符合社会发展的实际需求。因此,要通过改进双元制培养模式为高职院校的发展提供更科学的人才培养方案和更系统的实施对策与保障体系,从而提高学院的核心竞争力,让学院更好、更强地发展,为国家培养更多的适应市场需求的专业性、高水平的技术应用型人才。

With decades of development, vocational education has made some progress in such aspects as education, management and talent training. Yet it lacks the cultivation of professional qualities and professional spirit, and cannot meet employers＇ needs and the actual demand of social development.
