摘要
在教育区域化背景下,俄罗斯教育与科学部对高等职业教育学生学业评价模式进行了大刀阔斧的改革。改革后,俄罗斯高等职业教育机构实行日常监控、期末鉴定与国家鉴定三种模式相结合的评价体系。这种评价体系有利于俄罗斯联邦政府在区域化背景下加强中央统一领导的作用,也为其探寻适合本国特点的教育发展道路提供有力支撑,但同时也存在着一些弊端和尚未解决的问题需深入思考,这些对我们高职教育也是一种借签。
Under the background of education regionalization, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science reformed the student achievement assessment mode of higher vocational education. After the reform, the Russian higher vocational education institutions implement the evaluation system of three modes including daily monitoring, final identification and national identification. This evaluation system is good for Russian federal government to strengthen the role of the central unified leadership in the context of regionalization, and it also provides strong support for the development of education suitable for the characteristics of its own country. But some drawbacks and unresolved problems need to think about. All these is also reference for higher vocational education in our country.
