市级水管理单位建设“智慧水务”的思考 被引量：9

摘要 "智慧水务"是建设"智慧城市"的必要部分,是实现"美丽中国"的重要环节。在"智慧地球""工业4.0"、党的十八大及水利部水利信息化建设的大力推动下,"智慧水务"应运而生。文章在研究国内外"智慧水务"建设现状后,分析了目前"智慧水务"建设过程中存在的问题,阐述了"智慧水务"的内涵,介绍了"智慧水务"的相应支撑技术和运行模式,提出了对市级水管理单位建设"智慧水务"的建议。
