贫困地区经济发展与教育发展、教育扶贫相关性分析——以湘西州为例

Analysis of Relevance between the Economic Development, Educational Development and Educational Poverty Alleviation in Poverty Areas:A Case Study of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

选取湘西州2005～2015年财政收入（FR）、教育支出（ES）和教育资助（EA）等进行相关性、方差和协整分析，结果表明：湘西州财政收入与教育支出、教育资助相关性系数分别为0．9925和0．7666，说明湘西州财政收入、教育支出和教育资助密切相关；湘西州财政收入和教育支出的协方差为673．6248，湘西州财政收入和教育资助的协方差为13．6706，说明湘西州财政收入和教育资助相关性小于湘西州财政收入和教育支出相关性；通过财政收入与教育支出、教育资助协整性分析，LFR和LES序列存在协整关系，说明湘西州财政收入和教育支出密切相关；LFR和LEA序列不存在协整关系，说明湘西州财政收入和教育资助关系不明显。最后我们提出湘西州促进经济发展、教育发展和教育扶贫建议。

Based the data of fiscal revenue （FR）, educational expenditure （ES）, educational aid （EA） from 2005 to 2015 in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the paper made a comprehensive analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of fiscal revenue, educational expenditure and educational aid in the Xiangxi Prefecture were 0.992 and 0.7666 which indicated that the fiscal revenue, educational expenditure and educational aid were closely related in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The results showed the covariance value of the fiscal revenue and educational expenditure was 673.6248 and the covariance value of the fiscal revenue and educational aid was 13.6706 which indicated that the fiscal revenue and educational aid were less than that of the fiscal revenue and educational expenditure. Through the cointegration analysis of the fiscal revenue, educational expenditure and educational aid, there was no cointegration relationship between LFR and LEA which indicated that the relationship of the fiscal revenue and educational aid was not obvious; there was a cointegration relationship between the LFR and LES which indicated that the relationship of the fiscal revenue and educational expenditure was obvious. Lastly we should promote the economic development, educational development and educational poverty alleviation.
