依托专业批发市场提高农产品流通效率:一个文献综述

On Improving the Circulation Efficiency of Agricultural Products Circulation by Relying on the Specialized Markets:A Review

农产品流通效率是现阶段制约农业产业化发展,影响农民致富的重要因素之一,而现阶段我国市场约束条件下的农产品交易又主要是通过商品批发市场来进行。围绕农产品流通效率和农产品专业批发市场相关问题,既有文献从四个方面进行了探索:第一,流通效率。商品流通效率与农产品流通效率的概念;第二,流通效率的衡量。包括指标体系的设定、评价方法及衡量角度;第三,专业市场与流通效率。专业市场的概念、它在农产品流通中扮演的角色及其对农产品流通效率提升的作用;第四,关于依托专业市场提升农产品流通效率的影响因素及提升对策。本文从这四个方面对现有的文献进行梳理,最后在总结现有文献的基础上,为未来依托专业批发市场提高农产品流通效率的研究提供了两点可能性的方向。

The efficiency of the circulation of agricuhural products is the key factor restricting the development of agricultural industrialization and further impeding the farmers＇ living standard. Currently, the trade of agricultural products is mainly through wholesale market. This paper centers on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and agricultural product wholesale market, and explores the existing literature from four aspects： Firstly, the concept of agricultural products circulation efficiency is discussed; Secondly, the measure of circulation efficiency, including index system setting and evaluation method; Thirdly, the professional market and the circulation efficiency, including the concept of professional market and the role it plays in the circulation efficiency; Fourthly, how to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural product by relying on specialized markets. Based on the analysis, we provide two possible directions for future research of agricultural products circulation efficiency.
