The relationship between the leadership of CPC and the rule of law is the core theoretical issue of socialist legal construction. Correct understanding the consistency relationship of the CPC＇s leadership and the rule of law for the CPC leading people to build socialist country on the rule of law has important guiding significance. Firstly,the rule of law must uphold the CPC＇s leadership,the leadership of CPC is the soul of the rule of law. Secondly,the CPC＇s leadership must rely on socialist rule of law,since the rule of law is an important way to achieve and improve the CPC＇s leadership. Finally,we must uphold the CPC＇s leadership act within the Constitution and the law,which is the fundamental guarantee of correctly understanding and handling the consistency relation of the CPC and law.
