通过装配仿真技术可以实现在虚拟环境下对产品设计、工艺规划和资源的验证,从根本上改变了必须依赖实物的传统装配工艺方法,使得我们能够在产品设计阶段对工艺进行分析和优化,实现了并行工程的理念,大大缩短了产品研制周期,提高了效率,降低了成本。而在制造业,特别是航空制造业大力推行并行工程技术的今天,由于产品数字化设计和基于模型定义技术的应用,更加彰显装配仿真技术重要性。装配仿真技术已成为数字化产品设计时代的一种必不可少的先进技术手段,具有广泛的应用前景。
The verification of product design, process planning and resource can be realized through the assembly simulation technology under the virtual environment. The assembly simulation technology has radically changed the traditional assembly process method which must depend on the physical verification. It can analyze and optimize the process in the product design stage, realize the idea of concurrent engineering, greatly shorten the product development cycle, improve the efficiency, and reduce the cost. Assembly simulation technology is more important due to the popularization of the concurrent engineering technology and the application of digital product design and model definition technology in aviation manufacturing industry. Assembly simulation technology has become a kind of indispensable advanced technology in the era of digital product design, which has wide application prospect.
