摘要
为了解决钻杆自动送入作业问题,研制了一种吊卡旋转装置。文中介绍了吊卡旋转装置结构功能及参数,液压和电控控制系统及装置的研制情况。经油田现场工业性试验表明,该吊卡旋转装置通过使用双平衡阀,可有效防止吊卡由于振荡使得旋转油缸损坏。装置工作性能稳定,布局合理,整体安装和拆卸方便。
This paper develops a kind of elevators rotate device to solve auto-feed operation problems of drill. This paper introduces the structure functions and parameters of elevator rotating device. The development situation of hydraulic and electrical control systems and control devices is presented. Oilfield test shows that the elevator rotating device can effectively prevent the elevator from damaging rotating cylinder using a dual balancing valve. This device has advantages of stable performance, reasonable layout, easy installation and removal.
