摘要
管状带式输送机为煤矿连续运输的新型机械,可伸缩中间架作为其重要的组成部分,利用模态分析可以预估其结构动态特性。文中首先对可伸缩中间架进行结构设计,再用SolidWorks进行三维建模,然后导入ANSYS仿真软件进行模态分析,得出相应的频率和振型曲线。从而可基本判断管状带式输送机可伸缩中间架结构的合理性,为可伸缩管状带式输送机的关键部件的研究奠定基础。
Tubular belt conveyor is a new type machine of coal mine continuous transportation, and scalable middle frame is an important part of it. Modal analysis can be used to forecast the structural dynamic characteristics. This paper designs the structure of scalable middle frame, then uses SolidWorks to establish 3D modeling and imported it into ANSYS simulation software for modal analysis. The corresponding frequency and vibration curves are obtained to judge whether the scalable middle frame structure of tubular belt conveyor is reasonable. The results provide reference for studying the scalable tubular belt conveyor.
