通用双转轴机轮转矩系统设计

摘要 针对常用型号的民航飞机轮毂螺栓组以及线对称分布螺栓组拆卸和安装效率低下以及受转矩不平衡问题,设计了对于机轮螺栓组以及线对称分布螺栓组进行对称安装和拆卸的双转轴转矩结构,实现双转轴的同步运动和转动。通用双转轴机轮转矩系统采用欧姆龙PLC进行编程控制,工业触摸屏实现智能化操作,并且将整个控制系统集中到一个控制箱,使之与机械结构分离,有利于整个系统的操控。通用双转轴机轮转矩系统实现了机轮螺栓组的快速拆装以及转矩平衡功能,而且提高了螺栓组安全系数和使用寿命。 This paper presents a new dual shaft torque structure about the installation and removal of wheel bolt group and the line symmetrical bolt group as well as achieving synchronized motion and rotation of the dual shaft to solve the low efficiency about the common types civil aircraft wheel bolt, and line symmetrical bolt group installation and removal and the and the torque imbalance problem. This system uses Omron PLC programming controller and touchable screen to realize intelligent operation. The whole system is concentrated in a control box to be isolated from the mechanical structure, which in favor of dominating whole system. This device achieves the function of fast installation and removal and the torque balance, which improves the safety factor and the service life of the bolt group.
