摘要
为解决现代船舶中因碰摩载荷造成的轴系纵向振动等问题,将试验台试验和模拟数值技术应用到碰摩载荷下船舶轴系转速与纵向振动间影响的研究中。开展影响其纵向振动的因素分析,建立尾轴-油膜、油膜-艉部结构两个子系统动力学模型,提出对纵向振动特性曲线和振幅-时间响应曲线进行分析的方法。在科学性、可操作性等方面对已安装碰摩装置的新型试验平台进行了评价,并进行相关模拟试验。结果表明:碰摩载荷越大、轴系转速越快,碰摩作用激起轴的纵向振动越强烈,由此导致的破坏性越大。
In order to solve the problems of axial vibration of shafting caused by rub-impact load, the test data and simulation data are applied in analyzing shafting rotation speed and axial vibration. The dynamic models of tail-oil film and oil film-aft are built. A method is presented to analyze shafting axial vibration characteristic curve and amplitude-time characteristic curve. Rationality and operability of the new test platform is evaluated. The results show that the greater load and axial speed are, the more frictions and vibration are, this may result in a greater destructive.
