摘要
针对内河船舶运行改为燃油天然气双动力减少环境污染,提高资源利用率的大形势,阐述了燃油锅炉改燃气锅炉的必要性,分析了燃气锅炉对比燃油锅炉可靠的控制原理和管理机制,设计了基于西门子S7-200 PLC的燃气锅炉控制系统,实现锅炉的自动起停、蒸汽压力、液位控制等,说明该锅炉控制系统的系统组成和配置,总结并验证了油改气的控制系统程序设计,可以有效地节约资源和减少对环境的污染。
To reduce environmental pollution and improve resource utilization rate of inland river ship adapt to the operation modified for dual fuel natural gas power of the large form, this paper discusses necessity of changing the oil burning boiler into gas fired-boiler. The reliability of control and management mechanism in gas-fired boiler and oil burning boiler are compared. This paper designs control system of gas fired-boiler using Siemens S7-200 PLC to realize the boiler automatic start and stop, steam pressure, liquid level control. The system composition and configuration of the boiler control system are described, and the control program of the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC is designed. The design can improve resource utilization rate and reduce pollution to the environment.
