摘要
确定双离合器变速器(DCT)的油位是一项重要开发内容,受诸多因素影响。油位的高低不仅会影响DCT的基本功能,也会损失传动效率,甚至影响零部件的可靠性。油位是试验阶段首先需要确定的内容,其结果会影响后续的试验。文中通过仿真分析来确定合适的油位,找到了影响的关联因素,并通过变速器及其在整车上的测试,确定合适的油位及加油量。
To confirm oil level is one of the most important contents during the development of double clutch transmission(DCT), which is influenced by so many factors. Oil level will not only affect transmission's basic performance, but also affect mechanical efficiency loss, even the components' reliability. Other test results may be influenced by oil level, which should be defined during the test phase. Simulation method is used to analyze and define oil level, and find related factors. Transmission and vehicle test is used to confirm oil level and filling volume.
