锅炉给水泵空化的热力学特性研究

摘要 在锅炉给水泵中,考虑空化的热力学效应,分别计算了水温在293K和433K时的热力学参数,并对同一台锅炉泵用三种温度不同的水进行空化模拟实验,计算结果与实验吻合较好。表明热力学特性不同的液体,空化过程中空化空泡与周围液体之间的热交换,使空泡周围液体的温度和汽化压力发生局部性变化,从而对空化的流体动力学特性发生影响。研究结果对模拟液体在较大温度范围内的空化流是有效的。 Under water temperature at 293 k and 433 K, the thermodynamic parameters of the boiler feed water pump are calculated according to the thermodynamic effect of cavitation. We carry out simulation experiments of a boiler pump under three different temperature water. The calculation results are agreement with the experimental results. The results show that:in the thermodynamic properties of different liquid, there exists heat exchange between the cavitation bubble and the surrounding liquid in the cavitation process; localized changes that occur in the fluid surrounding the cavity temperature and vapor pressure will influence the fluid dynamic characteristics of cavitation. The results are valid for the simulation of the cavitation flow field in a large temperature range.
