摘要
主要叙述了L30滚轮灌耳的设计,并对滚轮及缓冲装置进行了强度和寿命的校核。经过实际生产加工后,设计了专用试验装置对L30滚轮灌耳进行了水平力试验。经验证,允许水平力满足M T236-2011标准的要求。
This paper describes the design of L30 guider roller,and checks the strength and working life of the roller and buffer. We test L30 guider roller using a special test device. The test result proves that its strength can meet the requirements of the MT236-2011 standard.
