摘要
在石油钻机作业中,顶驱吊环容易刮碰猴台。文中结合电控系统的天车防碰系统,将顶驱操作台吊环的动作信号经过处理,通过PLC系统进行运算和预先设置好的高度进行比较,从而有效防止吊环刮碰猴台。
During the oil drilling operation process, top drive lift ring often knocks monkey board. This paper combines with anti-collision system in electronic control system; the action signal of the lift ring in top drive work station is processed. The calculation height of the PLC system and the preset height is compared to effectively prevent the collision between the monkey board and top drive lift ring.
