摘要
论述了数控铣削加工中使用手工编程去余量的方法。通过对典型零件进行工艺分析,确定去余量的方法,再确定刀具加工路径,最后使用手工编程达到去余量目的过程进行了详细的介绍。在高职数控铣削实训教学中取得了很好的教学效果。
This paper discusses the use of manual programming methods in CNC milling to cut allowance. Process analysis of typical parts is used to determine the margin and tool paths. Manual programming methods is introduced to cut allowance. This method achieves good effect in the vocational training of CNC milling.
