摘要
7075铝合金双六角高锁螺母的成型是其加工工艺中的一个难点。文中尝试使用热镦成型的方法,并通过试验对比了两种常用加热方式的优劣。试验结果证明:热镦过程中采用中温箱式炉加热的方式可以有效避免过热过烧现象的产生,更容易保证产品的试验性能,该方法是切实可行的。
The forming of 7075 aluminum alloy double hexagonal high lock nut is a difficulty in its processing technology.Hot upsetting forming method is tried to solve this difficulty. Two common heating modes are compared through test. Test results show that the overheating phenomenon can be avoided using the heating way of medium temperature box-type furnace in the process of hot upsetting, and the product's test performance is easier to ensured, the method is feasible.
