NP和GP方案用于晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗临床对比研究

The Comparative Clinical Study of NP Program and GP Programs for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Therapy

目的研究与观察影响NP和GP方案用于晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗的临床效果。方法我院诊断的60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,分成A和B两组,A组给予NP治疗方案,B组给予GP治疗方案,观察两种方案的临床效果。结果两组患者症状均不同程度改善,两组患者改善度差异不明显,中位生存期A组6个月,B组为7个月;1年生存率A组为24%,B组为20%;有效率A组为39.2%,B组为36.4%。两组不良反应主要以血液系统功能障碍为主,经采取相应的治疗措施两组患者血小板、白细胞下降有所改善。结论 NP和GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌取得良好的治疗效果,不良反应可耐受,可在临床推广和应用。

Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of NP program and GP programs for advanced non-small cell lung cancer therapy. Methods 60 cases diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were admitted. And their clinical data were collected at the same time. 60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into A group and B group,25 cases of each group. And the clinical efficacy of NP program and GP programs was observed. Results Symptoms of patients in both groups were improved in varying degrees without a significant difference. And the median survival time was six months（ A group） and seven months（ B group） . One year survival rate for groups A and B were 24% and 20%,respectively. Effective rate of A group was 39. 2% while that was 36. 4% of B groups. The adverse reaction was mainly dysfunction of blood system. And thrombocytopenia orleu-kopenia had been eased after appropriate treatment. Conclusions Both GP and NP are effective for advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients and the adverse reaction can be tolerated. Therefore,they deserve being spread and applied in clinical.
