从耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业热点领域谈研究生培养 被引量:3

摘要 当代的国际竞争最主要的是科技发展水平和创新能力的竞争,这一竞争必须依赖"高级人才",而研究生(包括硕士生和博士生)是"高级人才"最主要的后备和来源。笔者作为耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的博士和硕士研究生导师,就本专业研究生培养现状和未来设想,并依据本专业部分研究领域的进展状况和趋势的了解,从耳鼻咽喉头颈外科领域目前值得推荐的部分研究方向,就耳鼻咽喉头颈外科研究生培养的目标与要求、特点与现状、培养方式等方面提出部分值得重点研究与探索的方向和内容。 Contemporary international competition is the main aspect in development of science level and technology capacity, and innovation ability, and the competition must rely on "top talent". The graduate students ( including master′s and doctoral students) are the main reserve and source of"top talent". As a doctoral postgraduate tutor of Otolaryngology &Head and Neck Surgery, I deliver some of personal views and opinions on this professional postgraduate education present situation and the conceives about the future. Based on some of my knowledge and understanding for progress and tendency of this professional research fields, I put forward some of aspects and contents which will be worth focused research and exploration for training objective nad requirements, characteristics and current situation, culture mode of Otolaryngology &Head and Neck Surgery postgraduate students.
