摘要
抑郁症是一种常见的精神类疾病,以心境低落、行为异常为主要表现。表观遗传学是研究转录前基因在染色质水平的结构修饰对基因功能的影响。新近研究表明DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、miRNA调控等表观遗传学机制在抑郁症发病中发挥重要作用。文中主要对DNA甲基化、组蛋白乙酰化和甲基化、miRNA调控等表观遗传学机制在抑郁症中的作用及研究进展进行综述。
Depression is a common mental disease, which mainly presents with a state of low mood and aversion to activity. Epigenetics is to study the influence of structural modification of pretranscriptional gene to gene function in chromatin level. Recent studies have found that epigenetic mechanisms including DNA methylation, histone modification, and noncoding RNA regulation play important roles in the pathogenesis of depression. This article reviews the research advances on epigenetic mechanisms of depression.
