初次人工髋膝关节置换术后假体周围感染危险因素的研究进展

The patients' risk factors for prosthetic joint infection after primary hip and knee arthroplasty

假体周围感染是关节置换术后任何时期均可发生的并发症。研究表明,患者本身因素是影响人工关节置换术后假体周围感染的重要原因。文中总结近年来国内外关于初次人工髋膝关节置换术后假体周围感染危险因素的最新进展,从患者本身特征、伴随疾病、术前用药等3个方面进行分析,阐述假体周围感染的高风险因素,以期为临床工作提供参考。

Periprosthetic infection is one of catastrophic complications which appear anytime after joint arthroplasty. Researches show that the patients′risk factors are the keys to affect prosthetic joint infection after primary hip and knee arthroplasty. The author summarized new study progress about risk factors for prosthetic joint infection after primary hip and knee arthroplasty at home and abroad. To investigate risk factors for prosthetic joint infection, the condition were analyzed by investigator from the following three aspects：the patients′features, comorbidity, and preoperative medication.
