摘要
Notch信号通路是一条在进化上极具保守、影响细胞命运的信号传导途径。该通路对整个软骨形成过程和维持软骨细胞的表型,调控软骨细胞的增殖、成熟、肥大化以及软骨基质代谢平衡等方面均扮演十分重要的角色。文中就Notch信号通路的组成、激活过程及在软骨细胞分化的具体作用等方面进行综述。
Notch signaling is an important evolutionarily conserved pathway involving the fate of cells translation. Additionally, this pathway also plays an important role in cartilage formation and maintenance of chondrocytes phenotype, regulation of the proliferation, maturation and balance of cartilage matrix metabolism. This paper reviews the composition and activation process of notch signaling, and its specific role in cartilage formation.
