摘要
以氟螨嗪为先导化合物,设计、合成了4个四嗪吡唑类新化合物,通过^1H NMR、元素分析确证了结构。对螨卵的活性测定结果显示,在10 mg/L质量浓度下,新化合物9a、9b对朱砂叶螨螨卵活性分别为86%、83%,远高于对照药剂氟螨嗪。
Using diflovidazin as a lead compound,four novel tetrazine pyrazole compounds were designed and synthesized.The structure was characterized by^1H NMR and elemental analysis.Acaricidal activities of the four compounds were tested.At the concentration of 10 mg/L,the mortality rates of compound 9a,9b were 86% and 83%against eggs of Tetranychus cinnabarinus.The two compounds had higher activity than diflovidazin.
