程序性死亡因子1及其配体PD-L1/PD-L2是一组负性共抑制分子,在肿瘤细胞逃避宿主免疫反应方面起重要作用。肿瘤患者PD-L1的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理类型、总生存时间呈正相关性。对PD-1/PD-L1通路的研究可以更深入了解肿瘤细胞在免疫监控环境下如何发生发展,同时为肿瘤的治疗提供新靶点和新思路。
