摘要
作为人权教育的重要组成部分,中小学人权教育在人的价值形成过程中具有重要意义。由于观念的制约和制度供给不足,我国中小学人权教育存在着教育知识滞后、内容不成体系以及缺乏实践等多方面问题。中小学人权教育现状的改变一方面需要立法的跟进与财政的支持,另一方面又需要确立起从目标到内容再到方式和措施的实施路径。
As an important part of human rights education, human rights education in primary and secondary schools is of great significance in the formation of the individual values. Because of the concept constraint and shortage of systematic support, human rights education in primary and secondary schools in China encounters a lot of obstacles. Among others are the outdated knowledge taught, unsystematic teaching contents as well as the lack of extracurricular practice. To cope with the issues mentioned above, measures need to be taken in legislat ion, specialized funds, and determination of the implement pathway ranging from goals, contents, methods to measures.
