摘要
介绍了火车车轮踏面裂纹的常见类型及形成原因,通过对一种新型的车轮踏面裂纹进行详细的分析,采取化学分析、低倍酸洗、力学试验、金相检验、断口分析等方法,查找车轮踏面与外侧面交角处裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,车轮的实物质量符合技术要求,该种裂纹属于制动热裂纹扩展所致。对该类裂纹的预防提出了建议。
Introduce the normal crack types of train wheel tread, by analyzing the new type of crack on the wheel tread, adopting the method of chemical analysis, macro acid pickling, mechanical test, micrographic examination, fracture analysis etc, to find out the formation reason of cracks on transition between tread and outside rim of wheel. The results show that the wheel are qualified with the technical requirements and the main reasons for the cracks are the growth of thermal cracks on the tread. The article provides the recommendations to prevent the cracks from forming.
