本文从专利文献的视角对光伏发电技术领域的全球专利申请和中国专利申请进行了统计分析,介绍了该领域的专利申请趋势、专利申请主要分布区域以及国内外主要申请人。分析结果显示,虽然我国在该领域的专利技术储备庞大,但是我国申请人的专利申请比较分散,而国外申请人的专利申请相对比较集中。我国企业在该领域继续发展壮大的同时,仍需要警惕国外主要企业在该领域的专利布局。

The global patent application and the Chinese patent applicationof the field of the photovoltaic power gener-ation technology are statistically analyzed from the perspective of patent in the article, showing the trend of the patent application, the main distribution area and the main applicant of the technology field. The result of the analyzing indicated that while the reserving of the patented technology is large in our country, the patent application of the applicant of our country is very decentralized in comparison with the patent application of the foreign applicant. Therefore, when Chinese companies are keeped to develop strongly, it is needed to keep vigilance against the patent layout of the foreign main companies in the field of the photovoltaic power generation technology.
