摘要
目的:探讨湖北省人口健康信息平台数据交换规范的研制。方法:深入分析湖北省三级人口健康平台的数据交换需求,结合当前国内平台建设实际和技术发展趋势,研制湖北省人口健康信息平台数据交换规范。结果:制定了湖北省人口健康信息数据交换规范,具体包括数据交换接口规范和数据交换业务规范,其中数据交换业务规范包含医疗服务基本数据集、公共卫生基本数据集和卫士管理基本数据集。结论:数据交换规范是人口健康信息平台的基础,能够为相关医疗机构业务信息系统建设与集成,以及数据采集和共享提供指导。
Objective： To explore the development of data-exchange specification for Hubei people healthcare information platform. Methods： The data-exchange requirements of three-level people healthcare information platform is deeply analyzed, and based on current domestic developing trends, the data-exchange specification for Hubei people healthcare information platform is development. Results： The data-exchange specification for Hubei people healthcare information platform mainly include data-exchange interface specification and business specification which is made up of medical service base data set, sanitation base data set and health administration data set. Conclusion： The data-exchange specification is the infrastructure of people healthcare information platform, which can guide the build and integration of business system and the data collection and sharing.
