目的:研究临床输血信息系统的智能化实现方法。方法:通过医用PDA技术的引入、各系统间的整合和嵌入模板式的填写界面,设计智能化的输血管理系统。结果:简化门诊医生输血开单步骤,辅助护士完成内容完整准确、书写规范的输血相关护理记录,实现完整闭环的血液全流程追踪管理。结论:智能化的输血管理系统,提高了医生、护士的工作效率,规范了书写内容,实现血液流转闭环管理。

Objective： To study the intelligent method of clinical blood transfusion information system. Methods： Through the introduction of the medical PDA technology, the integration of the various systems and embedded template to fill in the interface, the design of intelligent blood transfusion management system. Results： Simplified outpatient transfusion billing procedures, auxiliary nurses completed complete and accurate content, standardizing the writing of transfusion related nursing records, to achieve a complete closed-loop blood whole process tracking management. Conclusion： Intelligent blood transfusion management system, improve the work efficiency of doctors and nurses, standardize the content of writing, to achieve closed-loop management of blood circulation.
