摘要
旨在探讨如何从事件相关电位(ERP,Event-related potential)指标中提取与精神和心理健康相关的信息,以及如何在职业精神健康横断面调查中应用好这些信息。强调尽管传统的ERP分析存在局限性,但随着计算机算法的不断发展,互联网医疗和大数据处理技术的进步,心理健康工作者可以考虑采用其合理的指标体系,作为职业精神健康普查中的辅助检查手段。列出了ERP相关仪器指标和常见心理精神障碍间的对应关系对照,总结了新兴的ERP成分分析手段和仪器指标在职业精神健康横断面调查中的优势和应用前景。
It is well-known that the components of the Event-related potential (ERP) can measure peoples'; brain function. The aim of this article is to discuss how to extract the psychology-related and psychiatry-related components in the ERP waveforms, and how to apply those data in the cross-sectional studies of occupational health psychology. This research stresses that despite the limitations of the ERP component analysis technology; there are major developments on computer programming and Big Data. Researchers in occupational health psychology may start to consider ERP measurements and results as a supplementary data to determine the psychological and cognitive status of the patients. The paper also cross-refers some of the psychological measurements of health psychology and the results provided by the ERP analytic equipment currently available. The strengths and prospect of integrating the ERP components analysis technique in the studies of occupational health psychology are summarized in the article as well.
