摘要
目的:探讨二代手机APP客户终端在门急诊应用体会。方法:就2016年3月—2016年4月到盛京医院门急诊室治疗的100例患者进行问卷调查,采用SPPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果:患者对二代手机APP客户终端"掌上盛京医院"满意度高于一代手机APP客户终端"掌上盛京医院"(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:信息时代的若干发展趋势已经成为不可逆转的历史潮流而改变着若干职业的发展,医院运用了移动设备与医院相结合,方便患者就医,提供高质量、高标准、多元化的服务,更加体现了优质服务以及医院数字化的发展。
Objective:To discuss about the experience in the application of APP client terminal of the second generation of mobile phone in Outpatient and Emergency Department.Methods:The questionnaire survey is conducted on 100 patients visiting the Outpatient and Emergency Department of Shengjing Hospital from March 2016 to April 2016.SPPSS software is used for the statistical analysis.Results:The patients' satisfaction of 'Palm Shengjing Hospital',the second generation of mobile phone APP client terminal,is higher than that of the first generation of mobile phone APP client terminal(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Several development trends of the information age has become an irreversible historical trend and changed the career development.The hospital combines the mobile equipment and the hospital for the convenience of patients,provides highquality,high-standard and diversified services,and reflects the high-quality service and digital development of the hospital.
