摘要
杨增新、金树仁执政期间,新疆蒙古族教育较为落后。盛世才上台后,蒙古族女子教育得到初步发展,表现为上学人数的增多、主动捐资助学意识的凸显、开始担任教员及参政议政等,究其原因是政府及民间组织的双重推动加之学校班级的自身优化的共同合力。但与此同时,蒙古族女子教育也面临着一系列的局限性,制约了其在民国社会背景下的进一步发展。
During the reign of Yang Zengxin and Jin Shuren,the education of Mongolia Xinjiang is relatively backward.After Sheng Shicai took office,the Mongolian women's education got preliminary development,for examples,the school population increased,the consciousness of active sponsorship inhanced,and the scholars began to work as teachers and participate in the administration of state affairs,the reasons of which were coordination to promote between the government and civil societies coupled with the inhancement of school class itself.But at the same time,Mongolian women's education was also facing a series of limitations,which restricted its further development in the social context of the Republic of China.
