小儿呼吸道感染性疾病诊断中降钙素原、C反应蛋白与白细胞的对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析小儿急性上呼吸道感染性疾病诊断中降钙素原、C反应蛋白与白细胞情况。方法方便选取该院2013年4月—2015年3月所收治的120例呼吸道感染性疾病患儿为该次研究对象,依据其体内细菌情况将其分为细菌感染的观察组69例及非感染的对照组51例,并对其降钙素原、C反应蛋白及白细胞水平进行对比。结果观察组患儿降钙素原、C反应蛋白与白细胞的检测阳性率分别为52.17%、72.46%、31.88%,明显高于对照组的11.76%、21.57%、11.76%,降钙素原敏感性与特异性分别为92.75%、82.14上均优于C反应蛋白(72.46%、77.38%)与白细胞(31.88%、96.42%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿体内降钙素原的含量检测较C反应蛋白及白细胞检测更能够反应小儿急性上呼吸道感染的病因,从而为治疗方案的制定提供可靠的依据,具有极高的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the diagnosis of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children, the C reactive protein and white blood cell. Results Observation group with calcitonin angiotensinogen, C-reactive protein and white blood cell detection positive rate respectively 92.75%, 72.46%, 31.88%, was significantly higher than that in the control group of 9.80%, 17.65%, 10.17%, calcitonin prime original sensitivity and specificity respectively 92.75% and 82.14 were better than C-reactive protein(72.46%, 77.38%) and white blood cell(31.88%, 96.42%), the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Children with in vivo calcitonin prime raw content detection with C-reactive protein and white blood cell detection can response in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection, etiology, thus for formulation of treatment to provide reliable basis and has a very high value in clinical application.
