直肠拖出切除吻合术在低位直肠癌治疗中的应用效果探讨

To Explore the Application Effect of Pull Through Resection and Anastomosis for Low Rectal Carcinoma of Rectum

目的探讨低位直肠癌应用直肠拖出切除吻合术的临床治疗效果。方法方便抽取2014年6月—2015年6月该院收治的140例低位直肠癌患者作为研究对象,其中70例给予了直肠拖出切除吻合术的治疗措施,设为观察组;另70例患者予以传统开腹手术治疗措施,设为对照组。观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率2.8%明显低于对照组的17.1%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对低位直肠癌患者采用直肠拖出切除吻合术对患者可达到较好的手术治疗效果,术后并发症少,值得积极推广。

Objective To investigate the application of low colorectal cancer rectal resection anastomosis pulled clinical effect. Methods Convenient extraction June 2014 to June 2015 140 cases of low colorectal cancer patients admitted to hospital as an object of study, 70 patients were given out of the rectum resection anastomosis treatment, observation group; the other 70 patients be traditional open surgery measures to the control group.The operation time, blood loss, exhaust time, incidence of complications and length of stay in hospital were observed. Results The patient's operation time, blood loss, exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) between the two groups; the complication rate of the observation group were 2.8 % was significantly lower than the17.1% in the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The low drag colorectal cancer patients with rectal resection and anastomosis of patients can achieve better surgical outcomes, fewer complications, and actively promote the worthy.
