摘要
目的对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎并发心肌损害的诊治情况予以探究。方法随机选取53例肺炎支原体肺炎并发心肌损害患儿作为研究对象,均为该院自2014年4月—2015年4月期间所收治患儿,对所有患儿均采用X线等影像学检查,实验室检查及心电图分析,汇总检查结果的同时,为患儿制定针对性治疗方案,并记录治疗后的总有效率、谷草转氨酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶水平的变化情况。结果从治疗效率方面分析,治疗后的总有效率为98.11%。从心肌酶水平变化情况分析,治疗前AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH分别为(65.36±3.24)、(328.14±2.37)、(55.17±3.69)、(326.17±5.08)U/L,治疗后AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH分别为(23.17±1.28)、(101.11±2.84)、(16.07±1.03)、(170.20±3.22)U/L,治疗后显著优于治疗前,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎极易引发心肌损害,临床应根据患儿的症状、体征,综合诊断分析,及时制定有效的治疗方案,加快患儿机体的康复进程。
Objective The diagnosis and treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with myocardial damage to explore. Methods Randomly selected 53 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with myocardial damage in children as the research object, are in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 during the children were, for all the patients were treated with X-ray imaging examination, laboratory examination and ECG analysis summary of examination Results, at the same time, for the children to develop targeted therapies, and record the total effective rate after treatment, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase level changes. The changes of serum myocardial zymogram analysis and treatment of AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH respectively(6.536 ± 3.24),(32.814 ±2.37),(55.17 ± 3.69),(326.17 ± 5.08) U/L, after treatment of AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH respectively(23.17 ± 1.28),(101.11±2.84),(16.07 ± 1.03),(170.20 ± 322) U/L, after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment, the differences between the groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumonia Pneumonia is very easy to cause myocardial damage, clinical should be based on children's symptoms, signs, comprehensive diagnosis and analysis, timely development of effective treatment programs, to speed up the process of rehabilitation of the patient's body.
