摘要
目的探究厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀对老年高血压患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)及心功能的影响及意义。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年12月于该院进行治疗老年高血压患者68例为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(厄贝沙坦组)32例和观察组(厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗组)36例,在治疗前、治疗后,采用ELISA法检测外周血中IL-17、IL-18的表达,评价心功能指标,进行统计及比较。结果经研究比较,治疗后两组的血压均有明显的改善,观察组血压分别为(120.3±9.8)mm Hg、(82.2±6.7)mm Hg低于对照组(137.6±11.8)mm Hg、(100.9±2.1)mm Hg,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者外周血清IL-17、IL-18的含量(13.5±3.38)pg/m L,(34.5±7.48)pg/m L均低于对照组(20.4±6.68)pg/m L,(42.2±5.48)pg/m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两左心室质量指数得到显著改善,其中观察组的左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、室间隔厚度(LVST)、左室舒张末期后厚度(LVPWT)改善程度明显好于对照组,经比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压患者可降低炎症相关的IL-17、IL-18水平,改善心功能症状,是可行的治疗方案,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin on elderly hypertension serum interleukin 17(IL-17), interleukin 18(IL-18) and cardiac function. Methods Random selection 68 cases patients with elderly hypertension from january 2014 to december 2015 were assigned to the control group and the observation group. And the control group were used Irbesartan, and the observation group were used Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin. Elisa was applied to test the serum IL-17, IL-18 before and after treatment and assess cardiac function indexes. Results All patients after treatment of blood pressure was significantly improved,compared to the control group, the blood pressure of the observation group were(120.3±9.8)mm Hg,(82.2±6.7)mm Hg better than the control group were(137.6±11.8) mm Hg,(100.9±2.1) mm Hg,the difference was significant(P <0.05);Compared to the control group, level of IL-17 and IL-18 in the observation group were(13.5±3.38)pg/m L and(34.5±7.48)pg/m L lower than,the control group were(20.4±6.68)pg/m L and(42.2±5.48)pg/m L,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin can decrease the level of IL-17 and IL-18 levels, improve cardiac function and it is worthy for consideration in clinical use.
