优质护理在急性胃穿孔围手术期的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Acute Gastric Perforation

目的 探讨研究分析优质护理在急性胃穿孔围手术期的应用。方法 方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月期间收治的150例急性胃穿孔后进行手术的患者为研究对象分成两组讨论。对照组72例患者给予常规的护理措施,观察组78例患者给予围手术期优质护理,分析比较两组患者的护理满意度及护理质量效果。结果 观察组中,对护理操作表示满意的患者有78例,满意率为100%,而对照组中,对护理操作表示满意的有66例,占91.7%,两组差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.7708;P〈0.05）;观察组中,有3例患者出现了并发症,并发症发生率为3.8%,对照组中,出现并发症的患者有10例,占13.9%,两组之间的差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.7704;P〈0.05）。结论 针对急性胃穿孔患者的治围手术期的优质护理干预,能有效促进了患者的恢复,减少并发症的发生率,提升了患者的满意度。

Objective To study the analysis quality of nursing in acute gastric perforation perioperative application. Meth-ods Convenient to choose our department between January 2014 and December 2014, admitted during the period of 150 cases of acute gastric perforation after surgery the patients as the research object is divided into two groups to discuss. Control group of 72 patients were given conventional nursing measures, observation group of 78 patients were given periopera-tive nursing quality, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care and nursing quality. Results The observation group, 78 cases of patients were satisfied with nursing procedures, satisfaction rate of 100%, while the control group, the satisfied with nursing procedures with 66 cases, accounting for 91.7%, and significant difference was found in two groups, with a statistical significance （字2 = 6.7708; P 〈 0.05）; In the observation group, there are 3 patients appeared com-plications, complications for 3.8%, in the control group, patients with complications of 10 cases, accounting for 13.9%, the significant difference between two groups （Х^2 = 4.7704; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with acute gastric perforation of the quality of perioperative nursing intervention, can effectively promote the recovery of the patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction.
