中西医结合疗法在消化内科的应用观察

Applied Observation Combined Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Department of Digestive System

目的研究针对消化内科患者应用中西医结合方法的治疗效果。方法随机选取2015年1月—2016年1月来该院治疗的消化内科患者100例,随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组50例,行常规治疗,研究组50例,行中西医结合治疗,对比治疗效果、病情复发率及住院时间。结果研究组总有效48例(96%),对照组总有效40例(80%);研究组半年内病情复发有2例,所占比例为4%,对照组半年内病情复发有11例,所占比例为22%,研究组半年内病情复发率更低,4%vs 20%,研究组住院时间更短,(10.4±2.3)d vs(18.5±3.4)d。结论中西医结合治疗消化内科患者不仅能够提高患者的临床治疗效果,还能降低患者半年内病情的复发概率,缩短患者住院时间,该方法值得临床上广泛使用。

Objective To study the treatment effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in the Department of digestive system department. Methods Random selection 100 cases from our hospital in Jfrom anuary 2015 to Jan -uary 2016 were randomly divided into study group and the control group, 50 cases in the control group and treated as regu-lar treatment, 50 cases in the study group accepted combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine, compared with the therapeutic effect, disease recurrence and hospitalization time. Results Study group is total 48 cases （ 96 % ） in effect, the control group is total 40 cases （80%） in effect. there are 2 cases disease relapse in 6 months for study group, the proportion of 4%, the control group has 11 patients for disease relapse in six months, the proportion of 22 % , during the 6 months the relapse rate is lower in the study group, 4% vs 20% study group has a shorter hospital stay, （10.4± 2.3） days vs （18.5 ± 3.4） days. Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese and Western treatment can not only improve the clinical effect of pa-tients, but also reduce the recurrence probability of patients within six months, shorten the time of hospitalization and the method is worthy of widespread in cl inicaluse .
