中医药治疗痤疮的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acne

目的探讨痤疮的中医药治疗方法与成效。方法方便选取该院2014年6月—2016年6月两年间收治的180例痤疮患者为研究对象,依据治疗手段差异将其分为中药内治组(中医辨证疗法)、中药外治组(面膜法、洗剂、软膏、凝胶和霜剂治疗)和综合治疗组(中药内服外用)各60例,以治愈、显效和无效来观察治疗成效。结果中药内治组、中药外治组和综合治疗组的治疗有效率分别达到95%(57/60)、86.66%(52/60)、90%(54/60),3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论必须依据患者实际情况合理选择治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the treatment of acne medicine and effectiveness. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital in June 2014 to June 2016 were treated 180 cases of acne patients for the study, based on differences in treatment methods will be divided into traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group （TCM therapy）, traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group （mask method, lotions, ointments, gels and creams therapy） and combined therapy group （oral topical medicine）, 6 0 cases were observed treatment effect （given each treatmen t〉 , to cu re,markedly effective and ineffective to observe the effectiveness of treatment. Results The results showed that after patients in the treatment group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatment outside the treatment group and combined therapy group rates were 9 5 % （57/60）, 86.66% （52/60）, 90% （54/60 ）, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment plan must be selected according to the actual situation of the patient.
