摘要 目的探讨40例小细胞肺癌中传统神经内分泌(NE)标记物Cg A、CD56、Syn表达对小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的预后影响。方法方便收集该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的小细胞肺癌住院患者40例。Cg A、CD56、Syn的表达情况依据免疫组化报告,随访所有病例至少12个月,最后一次随访日期截止到2016年4月。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件作统计分析。结果小细胞肺癌中,Cg A阳性率30.0%,CD56阳性率87.5%,Syn阳性率62.5%。Cg A、CD56、Syn的表达均与临床病理参数无关(P>0.05),单因素生存分析(Log.rank检验)显示,NE表型与SCLC的无进展生存相关(P<0.05)。结论 SCLC的预后的影响因素之一是神经内分泌表型,Cg A、CD56、Syn的共同表达,是其无进展生存期较长的影响因素。 Objective To investigate the effect of Cg A, CD56 and Syn on the prognosis of small cell lung cancer(SCLC) in40 patients with small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Convenient collected 40 patients with small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. The expression of Cg A, CD56 and Syn were reported by immunohistochemistry, followed up for at least 12 months, and the last follow-up date was April 2016. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results In small cell lung cancer, the positive rate of Cg A was 30%, the positive rate of CD56 was87.5%, the positive rate of Syn was 62.5%. The expression of Cg A, CD56 and Syn were not correlated with clinical pathological parameters(P > 0.05), single factor survival analysis(Log.rank test) showed that the NE phenotype was associated with progression free survival(P<0.05) of SCLC.Conclusion One of the factors influencing the prognosis of SCLC is the neuroendocrine phenotype, Cg A, CD56, Syn co expression is three positive, is a small cell lung cancer progression free survival of the factors.
