经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切对良性前列腺增生的治疗价值评析

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Value of Transurethral Resection of Prostate for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探究经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切对良性前列腺增生的临床治疗效果。方法方便择取该院2009年10月—2014年10月收治的良性前列腺增生患者112例纳入该次实验研究,对所有患者均实施计算机随机分组方案,共分为每组患者均占据56例的常规组与实验组,其中对常规组患者采取耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除手术,对实验组患者采取经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切手术,对比两组手术与术后相关情况、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NRS评分。结果实验组患者的手术耗时、出血量、引流量与卧床时间均明显优于常规组,P<0.05;实验组患者的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NRS评分分别为(14.49±1.75)分、(12.62±1.48)分、(2.28±0.35)分,常规组分别为(19.43±2.30)分、(18.20±1.81)分、(4.12±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对良性前列腺增生患者而言,采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术的治疗效果显著,具有手术耗时与住院时间短、术中出血量与引流量少等优势,值得推荐采纳。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Convenient will pick from October 2009 to October 2014 treated 112 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the experimental study, implement computer random grouping scheme for all patients, patients will be divided into each group were 56 cases of normal group and experimental group, including the conventional group by bladder prostate surgery patients take the pubic bone, in the experimental group patients take transurethral prostatic plasma bipolar electric cut operation, compared two groups of surgery and postoperative related situation, HAMA scores, HAMD scores,NRS score. Results Supplementary observations given key data the patients of the experimental group of operation time,blood loss and flow and bed time were significantly better than the conventional group, P < 0.05; Experimental group patients marks HAMA and HAMD scores, NRS score(14.49±1.75)points, respectively(12.62 ± 1.48) points,(2.28±0.35) points and normal group respectively(19.43±2.30)points,(18.20±1.81)points,(4.12±0.65) points, the difference was statiscically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by by transurethral plasma bipolar cutting operation in treatment effect significantly, with operation time and hospitalization time short, intraoperative bleeding amount and less amount of drainage, it is worth recommended the adoption.
