纤维支气管镜ICU治疗严重肺部感染中的应用意义探析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨纤维支气管镜ICU治疗严重肺部感染患者的应用意义。方法方便选取该院2012年3月—2014年9月ICU治疗严重肺部感染患者114例,将其随机分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组患者57例,其中对照组患者采取常规抗感染和吸痰治疗,观察组患者采取纤维支气管镜进行检查和治疗,比较两组患者的胸片阴影消失时间、呼吸机治疗时间、抗生素应用时间、住ICU时间和治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者治疗后的胸片阴影消失时间为(11.21±5.37)d、呼吸机治疗时间为(9.17±3.26)d、抗生素应用时间为(3.21±1.24)d住ICU时间为(19.32±1.16)d,数据均优于对照组患者,且观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.49%,明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论将纤维支气管镜应用于ICU治疗的严重肺部感染患者中,治疗效果显著,而且能够改善患者的血氧饱和度和心率,缩短其住ICU时间。 Objective To investigate the significance of the application of ICU in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection. Methods Convenient our hospital in March 2012 to September 2014 ICU treatment of severe pulmonary infection in114 cases. They were randomly divided into control group, respectively, for the observation group and the control group,each group has 57 patients, in control group were treated with conventional anti infection and sputum suction in observed group patients by fiberoptic bronchoscopy for examination and treatment, Compared the two groups of patients with chest Xray shadow disappear time, breathing machine treatment time, antibiotic application time, live ICU time and the total effective rate of treatment. Results Observation of patients in the two groups after treatment of chest X-ray shadow disappearance time of(11.21± 5.37) d, the treatment time of the ventilator for(9.17±3.26) d, antibiotics application time(3.21± 1.24) d stay in ICU(19.32 ±1.16) d, data are better than those of the control group and patients in the observation group the total efficiency was 96.49%, significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of fiber bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection in patients with ICU, the treatment effect is remarkable, and can improve the patient's blood oxygen saturation and heart rate, shorten the time to live ICU.
