研究飞秒联合准分子激光治疗近视患者的术后护理宣教探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究飞秒联合准分子激光治疗近视患者的术后护理宣教成效。方法从2014年11月—2015年11月该院接收并应用飞秒联合准分子激光治疗的近视患者中随机抽选100例,分为两组,对照组患者手术采取常规的临床护理,研究组患者应用并发症及术后护理宣教,对比两组患者术后恢复情况以及临床护理效果。结果两组有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组护理满意度评分高于常规组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞秒联合准分子激光治疗近视患者的术后护理宣教能提高患者的自我护理能力与依从性,避免发生并发症,促进患者视力尽快恢复。 Objective To study the nursing experience of patients with myopia treated by femtosecond laser and excimer laser. Methods From November 2014 to November 2015, our hospital receives and joint application of femtosecond excimer laser treatment of myopia patients randomly selected 100 cases, divided into two groups, control group patients take routine clinical care, complications and postoperative nursing education group patients, compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery as well as the effect of clinical nursing. Results Two groups of efficient compared to no statistical significance(P > 0.05), but the team nursing satisfaction score is higher than normal group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Femtosecond and excimer laser treatment of myopia in patients with postoperative nursing education can improve the patient's self-care ability and compliance, avoid complications, promote the recovery of visual acuity as soon as possible.
