X线和核磁诊断在腰椎间盘突出症中的价值分析

The Value of X-ray and MRI in the Diagnosis of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨X线和核磁诊断在腰椎间盘突出症中的价值。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年12月在长春市中心医院医学影像科进行诊断的腰椎间盘突出症患者276例,按照住院时间先后顺序分为两组,对照组138例给予X线检查,观察组138例给予核磁检查,对两组患者的准确率进行比较。结果所有患者给予X线和核磁检查后,观察组准确率为98.6%,对照组准确率为65.2%,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中具有优势,准确率高,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of X-ray and MRI in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Group select the January 2013 to December 2015 in Changchun Central Hospital Department of medical imaging for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were 276 cases, according to the hospitalization time sequence, were divided into two groups, 138 cases of control group were given X-ray examination, 138 cases in observation group were given the MRI, the accurate rate of two groups of patients were compared. Results All patients were given X-ray and nuclear magnetic examination, the accuracy rate of the observation group was 98.6%, the accuracy rate of the control group was 65.2%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Nuclear magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation has the advantages of high accuracy, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
