四肢骨折后关节僵硬的观察与临床护理

Stiff Limbs Fracture Joint Observation and Clinical Care

目的探析四肢骨折后关节僵硬的观察与临床护理方法。方法选择四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者92例为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用针对性护理干预,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组的关节优良率明显较高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);同时,两组在护理满意度方面比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者针对性护理干预,不仅有助于恢复患者的关节功能,还能增强护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the limbs fracture joint stiffness method of observation and clinical care. Methods Choose 92 patients with joint stiffness after extremities fractures as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, which give control group routine care, while the observation group used targeted nursing intervention, the comparative analysis of nursing effect of two groups. Results Compared with control group,the observation group was significantly higher,the joint between compared significant difference （P 〈 0. 0 5 ） ; At the same time, the two groups in terms of nursing satisfaction comparison difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Clinical anchylosis after extremities fractures patients’ targeted nursing intervention,not only helps restore the joint function of patients, also can enhance nursing satisfaction, is worth promoting.
