摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定病毒唑霜中利巴韦林的含量,以代替原旋光度测定法。方法:本品用水加热熔融制成混悬液,加氯化钠溶液盐析沉淀基质,分离提取利巴韦林,以HPLC法进行测定。结果:利巴韦林在0.01~0.11 mg·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率100.2%(n=9),样品溶液室温放置24 h稳定。结论:本方法专属性好、结果准确,适用于病毒唑霜中利巴韦林的测定。
Objective: Establish an HPLC method for determining ribavirin in the virazole creams to improve the quality standard in which an optical rotation method was once used. Methods: The creams were heated with water and continuously stirred into suspensions, then sodium chloride solutions were added to precipitate the matrix ingredients. Consequently ribavirin extracted in the solution was determined by HPLC. Results: The linear range of ribavirin was 0.01-0.11 mg · mL^-1 (r=1.0000); The average recoveries were 100.2% (n =9); The samplesolutions were stable for 24 hours at room temperature. Conclusion: The proposed method is robust, accurate, and can be successfully applied for the determination of ribavirin in the virazole creams.
