摘要
目的:分析中药元胡是否可致药物性肝损伤。方法:对临床观察到的2例元胡制剂致肝损伤的病因、肝功能指标、治疗方案、预后和转归进行分析。结果:2例患者经过对症支持治疗均有不同程度好转。临床药师认为,避免或减轻元胡造成肝损伤应做到辨证准确,用药过程中注意肝功能变化。结论:中药元胡可致严重药物性肝损伤,应引起临床高度注意。
Objective： To analyze whether Yuan Hu can cause drug -induced liver injury （ DILI）. Methods： We observed two cases of liver damage caused by Yuan Hu, and analyzed its causes of liver damage. Results： Two patients recovered through supportive treatment. Clinical pharmacists recommend doctors aware of liver function during Yuan Hu treatment. Conclusion： Yuan Hu can cause serious drug- induced liver injury which should be noted.
