人血白蛋白合理应用评估模型的建立及验证

Establishment and Validation of the Reasonable Application Evaluation Model of Human Serum Albumin

目的:建立一套人血白蛋白临床应用评估模型,以期促进人血白蛋白的合理应用。方法:对我院2014年度122份使用人血白蛋白的病例进行合理性分析,确定关键变量,应用熵权法进行权重分配,建立模型。同时采集2015年度的100份病例用于模型验证。结果:人血白蛋白合理应用模型=适宜性评价(55%)+安全性评价(35%)+有效性评价(10%),经模型验证上述100份病例,增加了"基本用药合理"项。结论:建立的评估模型实用性和操作性强,值得临床推广。

Objective： To set up an evaluation model for the clinical application of human serum albumin, and promote its rational use. Methods： Based on 122 cases used human albumin in 2014 in our hospital, the model was built with an entropy method of weight distribution to determine the weight. Then, 100 cases in 2015 were collected for model validation. Results： The evaluation model of human serum albumin consisted of suitability evaluation （55%）, safety evaluation （35%） and effectiveness evaluation （10%）. After model validation, the term of reasonable basic medication was added. Conclusion： The evaluation model is practical and workable for clinical use.
