Progress in treatment of primary liver cancer

原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,恶性程度高,预后差,病死率高。目前,原发性肝癌的治疗手段较多,主要包含手术治疗与非手术治疗。本文旨在简要综述目前针对原发性肝癌的治疗进展,以期给予患者最佳的个体化综合治疗方案。

Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in our country, with high malignancy, poor prognosis and high mortality. At present, there are many therapeutic methods of primary liver cancer, mainly including surgery and non-surgical treatment. This article provides a brief overview of the current progress in the treatment of primary liver cancer, evidence-based medicine data and individual clinical experience, in hope of giving the best individualized comprehensive therapy scheme to patients.
